With nearly two decades of experience in trading, Ainslie holds the prestigious designation of Certified Financial Technical Analyst (CFTe) recognized by the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA). Her deep understanding of technical analysis, coupled with her hands-on trading experience, has enabled her to navigate the markets successfully and achieve consistent results over the years.

Ainslie is also an authorized representative under a wholesale license with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), allowing her to trade her own fund and provide financial services to sophisticated investors. Her commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical conduct underscores her dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in the industry.

Prior to founding The Trading Clubb, Ainslie established herself as a respected figure in the world of real estate, setting up, owning, and operating her own successful real estate company in Sydney. Julian McCree STA, CFTe

Julian, a graduate in Business Finance from Brunel University in London, England, has been a proprietary trader for over 20 years. He has traded global macro markets including commodities, foreign exchange, stock indices and fixed income. He began as a graduate trainee at Citicorp Investment Bank before joining HSBC to trade European Government bonds. After a number of years in banking Julian left to begin his career managing money.

He has held proprietary trading roles where he traded the G7 macro markets and managed macro portfolio positions that were often in tens of millions of dollars. More recently, Julian was the Group Manager for Derivatives and Emissions trading at Genesis Energy in Auckland, New Zealand.

He managed a team that traded the volatile New Zealand Electricity spot and forward market through over-the-counter contracts for difference (CFD) derivative transactions and also exchange traded commodity futures.

Julian is a long-time member of the Society of Technical analysts (STA) in the UK where he lectured on the Diploma Course for many years. He has been privileged to lecture in many locations throughout Asia, Europe and the Middle East on both trading and risk management.

Julian has also held the positon of the Vice President of the Society of Technical Analysts in New Zealand (STANZ). Julian has developed a systematic approach to trading, which has stayed with him throughout his career. He has an approach to trading where the three major areas of trading – choosing which market to trade, executing the trade and managing the trade – are organised to give the aspiring professional trader the tools required to be consistently profitable.
